We are an essential service and at Red we will remain open and available for pharmacy services.
The important word in that last sentence is ESSENTIAL; we must stay open. So, we will be doing a couple of things differently to ensure the safety of our staff and vulnerable customers.
DO NOT come into the pharmacy if you have any cold or flu symptoms (however mild), have recently been for a COVID test or are on your way to have one.
Get your doctor, dentist, midwife, specialist, or other prescriber to email your prescription to us so we can text you when it is ready. Sometimes we are super busy, need to order stock or there are queries on your item. Please allow 24 hours (or email/phone us if it is urgent) to get your regular prescriptions ready.
Our online shop is available for over-the-counter items, and these can be picked up from the store or sent via courier for a small fee. You can also request repeats and vaccine passes on our website.
Masks must always be worn in the pharmacy. Please scan in and use the hand sanitiser provided. Please stay behind the screen at the counter and keep 1 metre away from other people who are not in your bubble.
